Terms and conditions

This translation is for your convenience; the German version is legally binding.
1. Scope and contracting party
These terms apply to the use of Track Hero, including the free trial, and to the Track Hero subscription via simracingheroes.com and live.simracingheroes.com. Your contracting party is Stefan Theisen, Wilhelmstr. 37, 52349 Düren, Germany ("we"). The offer is aimed at consumers and businesses; a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
2. Service
(1) Track Hero is a program for Windows 10 and 11 that runs alongside the racing simulator iRacing. To sign in you need a Discord or Google account. An iRacing subscription is required but not part of this contract; Track Hero is not affiliated with iRacing.com Motorsport Simulations. The Spotter View in the browser is free for your viewers.
(2) A Track Hero account is for one driver. It is bound to the iRacing member ID you first drive with using Track Hero; with another iRacing member ID Track Hero stays off. If you change your iRacing account, we release the binding on request to contact@simracingheroes.com.
3. Free trial
(1) Before subscribing you can try Track Hero for two hours of driving time free of charge. The trial applies once per account, per computer and per iRacing member ID.
(2) An obligation to pay arises only from a subscription that you expressly take out (sections 4 and 5). Neither a software update nor the end of the trial nor signing in again with your account causes any costs. If you decide against the subscription, use simply ends; you can have your data deleted as described in the privacy policy.
(3) For the free trial we are liable only for intent and gross negligence. Liability for injury to life, body or health and under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
4. Conclusion of the contract
By clicking "Subscribe" and completing payment on Stripe's payment page you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we unlock your account; this happens immediately after the first payment.
5. Price, payment, term and cancellation
(1) The subscription costs the monthly price shown on the order page. All prices are final prices in euros; under § 19 UStG no VAT is charged or shown (small business scheme). The monthly price is collected in advance at the start of each billing month using the payment methods offered on the payment page (payment processing by Stripe).
(2) The subscription runs for an indefinite period and has no minimum term. You can cancel it at any time with effect from the end of the current paid month, using the button "Cancel contracts here" on simracingheroes.com and live.simracingheroes.com, on your subscription page at live.simracingheroes.com/kaufen or by email to contact@simracingheroes.com. Track Hero stays unlocked until the end of the paid month; months already paid are not refunded pro rata. Your right to terminate for good cause remains unaffected.
(3) If a payment fails, Stripe tries again over the following days. If it still fails, the subscription ends and Track Hero is locked; you can take out a new subscription at any time.
(4) We change the price of a running subscription only with your consent. Promo codes apply to the extent shown when they are redeemed.
6. Right of use
For the duration of the subscription you receive the simple, non-transferable right to use Track Hero yourself, bound to one iRacing member ID (section 2 (2)). The account may not be passed on to others.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. It expires if you have agreed that we unlock Track Hero before the withdrawal period ends and the unlock has taken place. Details and the model withdrawal form can be found in the withdrawal information.
8. Server services
(1) Sign-in, Spotter View and radio run on our server. The signals, the overlay and the analysis run on your PC.
(2) We provide the server services for as long as your subscription runs. We do our best to keep the server available at all times; short interruptions due to maintenance or faults are possible.
(3) We may change the server services for good reason, for example for reasons of security, technology or law, provided the change is reasonable for you and causes you no costs. We announce significant changes in Track Hero and on simracingheroes.com.
(4) Anyone who bought Track Hero once before 9 November 2026 or was unlocked for good with an unlock code from us keeps the unlock without a subscription. For these we provide the server services for at least 24 months from purchase; after that we may discontinue them with three months' notice, once we have provided an update with which Track Hero keeps running without signing in.
9. Warranty
Statutory warranty law applies, for digital products including the duty to provide updates (§§ 327 ff. BGB).
10. Dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
11. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers this choice of law only applies insofar as it does not deprive them of mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of habitual residence. The contract language is German.
12. Rig Hero
(1) Rig Hero is a program for Windows 10 and 11 that switches the monitor, field of view and graphics settings of iRacing between the modes Driving and Watching. Sections 1, 9, 10 and 11 and the following provisions apply to Rig Hero; sections 2 to 8 apply to Track Hero only.
(2) Rig Hero can be tested free of charge for 14 days from the first start, once per account and per PC. The trial ends by itself; an obligation to pay arises only from a purchase under paragraph 3.
(3) Rig Hero is digital content and is bought once. The price is €9.18 (final price; under § 19 UStG no VAT is charged or shown, see clause 5); there are no recurring costs. By clicking “Buy” and completing payment on Stripe's payment page you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we unlock Rig Hero for your account, which happens immediately after payment.
(4) You receive the simple, non-transferable and unlimited right to use Rig Hero yourself on up to two PCs per account.

13. Stream Hero
(1) Stream Hero is a program for Windows 10 and 11 for broadcasts of iRacing races: graphics, camera and replay, sent through OBS Studio. iRacing and OBS Studio are required but not part of this contract; Stream Hero is not affiliated with iRacing.com Motorsport Simulations. To sign in you need a Discord or Google account. Sections 1, 9, 10 and 11 and the following provisions apply to Stream Hero; sections 2 to 8 apply to Track Hero only.
(2) Stream Hero is bound to your account and to the iRacing member ID it first runs with; with another iRacing member ID Stream Hero stays locked. When several PCs work together in a room, each place needs its own account with its own subscription.
(3) Before subscribing you can try Stream Hero for two hours free of charge; the time Stream Hero runs with iRacing is counted. The trial applies once per account, per PC and per iRacing member ID and ends by itself. An obligation to pay arises only from a subscription that you expressly take out. Section 3 (3) applies accordingly.
(4) By clicking “Abo abschließen” (Subscribe) and completing payment on Stripe’s payment page you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we unlock Stream Hero for your account; this happens immediately after the first payment. Promo codes apply to the extent shown when they are redeemed. A free code from us unlocks Stream Hero for your account without a subscription and free of charge.
(5) The subscription costs €14.99 per month (final price; under § 19 UStG no VAT is charged or shown, see section 5). The monthly price is collected in advance at the start of each billing month using the payment methods offered on the payment page (payment processing by Stripe). We change the price of a running subscription only with your consent.
(6) The subscription runs for an indefinite period and has no minimum term. You can cancel it at any time with effect from the end of the current paid month, using the button “Verträge hier kündigen” (Cancel contracts here) on simracingheroes.com/streamhero/, which leads to your customer area at Stripe, or by email to contact@simracingheroes.com. Stream Hero stays unlocked until the end of the paid month; months already paid are not refunded pro rata. If a payment fails and still fails after Stripe has tried again, the subscription ends and Stream Hero is locked. Your right to terminate for good cause remains unaffected.
(7) For the duration of the subscription you receive the simple, non-transferable right to use Stream Hero yourself, bound to one iRacing member ID (paragraph 2). The account may not be passed on to others.
(8) Sign-in, trial, unlock and the relay between the places of a room run on our server; graphics, camera, replay and the connection to OBS Studio run on your PC. We do our best to keep the server available at all times; short interruptions due to maintenance or faults are possible.
